Location and Timing: I specialize in on-location photography, offering picturesque spots in McKinney, Plano, and Dallas. Studio sessions are available in either my Mckinney or Dallas, TX studio. Mention your preference for a studio session during booking ( have 2 locations). For optimal lighting, outdoor sessions occur 1-2 hours before sunset, while studio sessions are typically in the morning/mid-day.

Scheduling: Bookings are recommended one to two-three months in advance, depending on the season. Planning ahead is advised. Inquire promptly for any last-minute openings or cancellations.

Booking Process: Initiate scheduling by contacting me and completing the contact form. I'll respond promptly.

Pre-session Information: Before scheduling, familiarize yourself with my photography style by exploring my website, portfolio, or social media. Understand session pricing as well.

Deposit and Reservation: A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your date. If not paid within 48 hours of booking, the invoice will be canceled, and the date will no longer be available.

Remaining Payment: The remaining amount is due one week before your session via electronic payment, ensuring payment before the photography session.

Copyrights: I retain the copyright to all images, but you'll receive a personal print release for personal printing and social media use.

Session Experience: At the session's start, I take a moment to connect with everyone. While I provide direction, natural interactions are encouraged for genuine moments.

Weather Contingency: In case of inclement weather (rain, wind, snow), we will reschedule for the next available date.

Attendance: Bring only those being photographed to minimize distractions, especially for children. For kids, I prefer one-on-one interactions.

Attire Suggestions: Suggesting fun, personality-reflecting colors for a Casual Sunday style. Coordination of colors, layers, and accessories is encouraged. Consider the session's purpose and your home décor.

Image Viewing: Online galleries with your images will be available within 4-5 weeks from the session date.

Post-processing Time: Post-processing time is required to fully edit every image, ensuring the best quality for your online gallery ( rush fee can be added on if desired)

Social Media Sharing: Selected images or sneak peeks may be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and the website.

Digital Content Delivery: Online galleries are provided, replacing CDs as they are less common.
